We are pleased to announce our recent accreditation as a Living Wage Employer!

The Living Wage Foundation is a well known organisation around the UK. As a Living Wage employer, we believe that “a hard day’s work deserves a fair days pay”. This is why we, at Major Owen Ltd. pay our staff a real ‘Living Wage’ which is higher than the government minimum wage.

A ‘Living Wage’ is calculated annually, ensuring people have enough to get by. The calculations are based on the actual cost of living, cost of goods and services.
