COVID-19 – BUSINESS CONTINUATION PLAN
As the effect of coronavirus (covid-19) continues to evolve, the Health and Safety of employees and customers is paramount in our planning.
With the current situation, we have taken steps to ensure that our business can continue to operate as close to normal as possible. We continue to monitor the situation and guidance given by the UK Government and NHS Wales.
Sales Support – Maintaining contact with our customers is important. Due to the circumstances, we have started to reduce the number of visits to customers premises/sites to protect our staff and customers. Our sales team are available during normal business hours by e-mail or phone. Our showroom remains open during normal business hours. Our staff are following guidelines with regard to face to face interactions.
Service Support – We have taken the decision to suspend all on-site servicing of machinery. Machinery breakdown will be considered on individual basis. Our priority is to protect our employees and our customers.
Parts Support – Our suppliers continue to reassure us that UK stock levels of spare parts remain strong. However, any spare part coming from other countries may be delayed. We ask for your patience and understanding in this case.
The situation is liable to change. As information and Government guidelines become available, we will be able to revise our situation.
