Welcome to Major R Owen Ltd. Service department! Our service department is manned by nine trained fitters, supported by Gill Thomas, Workshop Administrator and Maggie Roberts, Warranty and Systems Administrator. About half of our fitters are permanently based in our workshops at Penrhyndeudraeth whilst, at certain times of the season, we have four service fitters constantly out and about tending to maintenance and breakdown calls...

Gill oversees the daily running of the service department administration from time sheet input, job card creation through to invoicing of repairs, etc. She is very often the person you speak to when put through to Service. Gill has been with us for over 10 years.

Maggie joined us from Llanbedr Airfield where she was Assistant Senior Air Traffic Controller. She brought with her valuable experience in many fields including Health and Safety matters. Speak to Maggie about Warranty issues.
